Pinapple Eggless cake
         
1 can condensed milk 
1 stick butter 
1 cup all purpose flour 
1 tsp baking powder 
1/2 tsp baking soda 
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Yellow food color 

5 round cut pineapple , 5 cherries 

Mix wet ingredient first and then dry ingredient. 

Line a baking tray with ghee 
Dust the ghee covered tray with flour 
Place the fruits 
Pour batter such that the fruits are fully covered. 
Bake for 20 -30 min. Remove from oven when a toothpick inserted come out clean

Invert and cool
